Free TalentLMS Premium Trial Feature Availability & Limits

The following feature availability and limitations apply to your free TalentLMS premium trial.

Note: Everything you create on your portal during your trial period is saved. Once your trial period is over, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using premium features.

  • Users:

    You can create up to 10 users during your trial period. Users cannot be edited (you can only edit your own account). Extra users (6-10) are automatically deactivated at the end of your trial period.

  • Courses:

    You can have up to 50 courses on your portal during your trial period (including active, inactive, and ready-made courses). Extra courses (11-50) will be automatically deactivated at the end of your trial period. Courses cannot be publicly shared. Premium plan upload limits apply (600MB per file).

  • Branches:

    You can create up to 5 branches during your trial period. Branches and any users or courses you have created within will be automatically deactivated at the end of your trial period. You will need to transfer the courses you’ve created on your branches to your main portal beforehand if you want to maintain access to them after your trial period.

  • Ready-made courses:

    You can claim and use 1 collection of ready-made courses during your trial period. These courses and their usage statistics will disappear from your portal at the end of the trial period.

  • Single Sign-On (SSO):

    SSO settings will be saved but disabled at the end of your trial period. If SSO was enabled during your trial period, we advise you to reset your and your users’ passwords to maintain uninterrupted access to your portal.

  • Custom domain: 

    Settings will be saved, but custom domains will be removed from your Account & Settings page at the end of the trial period.

  • Automations:

    Any automations you create will be saved but disabled at the end of your trial period. 

  • Custom reports: 

    Any custom reports you create will be saved but disabled at the end of your trial period.

  • Customer support: 

    You will receive priority support during your trial period. However, chat support is unavailable.

  • TalentCraft: 

    You have full access to AI content creation with TalentCraft during your trial period with a limited amount of AI credits.

  • Skills:

    You have full access to Skills functionalities during your trial period.

  • Advanced AI features:

    You have full access to AI test creator, AI course translator & AI Coach.
